I file my 2019 tax by turbo tax but I still haven't recieve my federal tax refund.?

Did you efile or mail your return? They just started processing mailed returns that have been stacking up. See this IRS page for the latest information
https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-operations-during-covid-19-mission-critical-functions-continue

If you efiled....Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

When will you get your refund,

Did you use Online TurboTax?    If so, log into your online account, and if the info at the Tax Home confirms your efiled return was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to check on the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

NOTE: When using that tool, be sure to enter the correct SSN and filing status.  Use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.  The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.

If the IRS tool says it is still being processed, here's how to reach the IRS to inquire about the delay, but it may not be easy.  Part of it is luck.    Due to the Coronavirus, some of the IRS call centers had been closed the last few weeks, some are operating with reduced personnel, and others are gradually opening back up.  Users have been reporting that they are finally now reaching someone.    Here is the normal method to reach a live IRS agent when they are operating smoothly, and I'll also tell you below how to reach the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service, if needed.

IRS:  800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday

When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.

  • First choose your language.  Then listen to each menu before making the selection.
  • Then press 2 for "personal income tax".
  • Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
  • Then press 3 "for all other questions."
  • Then press 2 "for all other questions."
  • It may then ask for your SSN, but do not enter it.  Just wait.    If it asks for SSN a second time, still do not enter it.
  • Then it will get "tired", and you'll get another menu.  Choose 2 for "personal".
  • Then in the next menu choose 4 for "all other inquiries", and it should transfer you to an agent but expect a long wait.
  • I usually use a speakerphone so I can work on something else while waiting.

If you continue to have no luck reaching the IRS, you can try contacting the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service for your area.    They are especially prone to help if you have an economic hardship, or if there have been continued delays with lack of info from the IRS.    At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate.    If the Taxpayer Advocate can't/won't help you, ask them to transfer you to an an IRS agent.  A couple of users reported that at least for them, that was a backdoor route to the IRS.

OK.  If your TurboTax account says "accepted", that means the IRS received your efiled return and agreed to start processing it.   If your return is still tied up in IRS processing, perhaps that is why your 2019 return transcript is not showing up yet.

This is a user community forum.  We don't work for TurboTax Support, but can tell you how to check on your return and how to speak to the IRS about the delay.  And if necessary, the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service.

Did you use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool I mentioned above?   You didn't mention if you had used it or not.  What do you find when you use this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website?

https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

NOTE: When using that tool, be sure to enter the correct SSN and filing status.  Use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.  The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.

You can also use the IRS refund hotline:  800-829-1954

If the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool says your return is still being processed, you can phone the IRS to speak to a live IRS agent about the delay using the steps I outlined in my other answer above.   I also told you how to phone the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service, if needed.

I don't know another way to state it.  Here's how to phone TurboTax Support if you need them to explain it to you in a realtime phone conversation.  But TurboTax won't know anything specific about the status of your refund at the IRS.

I requested for my Federal return to be in my bank account and I still didn’t recieve it yet

I file my 2019 tax by turbo tax but I still haven't recieve my federal tax refund.?

Turbo Tax only gives you an estimated date. The IRS usually pays most refunds within 21 days. But these are not normal times. This year is taking the IRS longer to send the refunds. There are millions more people filing returns to get the Stimulus payment.
