Where is the prompt to enter the full stimulus payments my husband and I received?

Click on Federal

Click on Other Tax Situations

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Let's keep going

The next screen will have the stimulus question

Turbotax calculation of tax penalty was incorrect. After submitting my taxes, we received a check back from the IRS saying that we over paid on penalty
