I didn't receive my 2nd stimulus check that was supposed to be $600. When I filed for taxes, I only got $118 of tax credit. Why didn't I receive the full $600?

You only got $118 on your return 1040 line 30?  If you have a high income it gets phased out. If your AGI is over the limit, the amount of your payments is reduced by $5 for every $100 over the limit.  So, your credit may be a weird amount.
