I completed my son's taxes and turbo tax filled out 1040SR ( senior) he is 23. How do I change it

TT would not have done that unless he was age was 65+, so check his DOB in the Personal Info tab.

I cannot access it.  I have not filed but it only allows me to print or download.  I am on hold with TT and it has been 30 min so far!!!
