I cancelled my amendment and my refund meter went from 25k to zero I just didn’t have the money that minute, now I go to pay and it says I have a zero refund. No refund?

Do I still get a refund or no?

Depends on what you did ... did you ever efile the original return ?   Did you ever get the original refund ?

Did you start the amendment and make changes ?   If so simply "undoing" the amendment ONLY  removes the 1040X form from the account but does not undo the changes you made since you filed originally.   So if you now need to amend the return that you have already filed you need to UNDO all the changes you made  and put the return back to as filed originally filed  only then can you start the amendment process again.   So when you log back in do NOT click on the amendment option until you have restored the return ... when you log in scroll down and click on ADD A STATE to open the filed 2021 return.

$25k is a huge refund (or was that the taxes due amount?)
