I amended my taxes months ago printed out the papers and mailed them in, and still nothing is showing on where is my amended taxes but on my turbo app it says amended taxes accepted

The IRS was not processing any type of paper tax returns due to the pandemic and limited staffing for several months.  They have only just started to process paper returns in the order received.
