I am wondering how we enter it if we do not receive the second stimulus check and we were supposed to?

At the very end of the TurboTax interview, you will enter what you received for the 1st and 2nd Stimulus payments. If you qualified but didn't receive one of them, it will be added to your 2020 Tax Refund.

You can also type "stimulus" in the search box (upper right-hand corner) to get to this section of the interview.
