I am trying to make a credit card payment for turbo tax self employed. I keep getting an error messages stating that my card can’t be authorized. What can I do?

I have used several different cards and even contacted my bank. My bank assured me they aren’t blocking any charges it’s something on your end. How can I pay my fees and get past this payment page so I can file my taxes

Make sure that the billing address is the same as the mailing address on your tax return.  If not change your mailing address to the billing address and see if this corrects the problem.

If it does or does not correct the problem change your mailing address back to what it was originally.

If the problem is not corrected, contact TurboTax support assistance on Monday.  Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.  When contact support use the key words Billing Issue

See this TurboTax support FAQ for contacting support - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number/00/25632

Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
