I do not have a certificate and did not have anything to do with agriculture, how do I get past this so I can file?

I am trying to find out about my CADA?

What interview section are you seeing this in? Are you able to click to another section without hitting continue?  Is this an error popping up with Smart Check?  What does the error say?
