Yes, SBTPG is a legitimate financial website - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa_Barbara_Tax_Products_Group

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Mine says the same thing....to be deposited BY the 26th. However upon checking "where my refund" , it still says refund approved and not sent. And it still hasnt been sent to my bank. And it's the 26th.

Mine has today’s listed and doesn’t show anywhere 1-2 business days. If that’s the case, that is fine as well.

I did see the tbg website they took out the fee yesterday and it said today 2/26/2020 I receive my tax refund but, the bank of America rep said they did not recieve any money to my account yet will I receive it today or tomorrow?

I am to receive my tax refund on February 26 2020

So if mines said paid 2/26/2020 I well get my refund today sometime?

I’ve checked with the Santa Barbara bank and I see they deducted fees and it says “date of payment” is today. However the IRS tool doesn’t say “REFUND SENT” so what other reason could there be a delay?
