how to use my uploaded y 2022 1040 pdf file information for y2023

This is my first year to file tax return using Turbotax by myself.  I uploaded my Y2022  1040 file in PDF prepared by my account to the Turbotax and expected the information from Y2022 to be transferred to Y 2023.  I can see the file in Turbotax system and but was told could not be downloaded into the system. Please help me solve this issue.

You do not "upload" a 2022 pdf to start your 2023 return.  You transfer a 2022 tax file.
