You are not able to update your direct deposit information in TurboTax once your tax return has been filed and accepted by the IRS. If your financial institution rejects the deposit, the IRS will mail you a paper refund check.
If your question is related to the anticipated economic impact payments, we are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the economic impact payments. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

TurboTax Corona Virus Tax Center Updates
IRS just shortly ago updated it's web site, but it doesn't look like there's a place to update direct deposit info, if turbotax filed claim didn't have this info (because many of us weren't getting refunds). Do we need to file a form 8888 post-facto? You just get a page asking for your SS#, DOB, street address, and zip code. After entering this I just got a page after trying to go through their forms saying:
--------------------
Payment Status Not Available
According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time.
For more information on the eligibility rules, see our Frequently Asked Questions page.

... without any links to update direct deposit info, despite Turbotax indicating I had successfully filed my claim on April 6th. There doesn't seem to be any other means to update direct deposit info except perhaps filing a form 8888, which I'm not sure is valid if one doesn't have any refund to file it for. Should any of us file 8888 forms? Would Turbotax provide a means to do this to help this situation?
