How do I file for refund advance

TurboTax does not offer refund anticipation loans in the traditional sense.   Last year it offered a limited refund advance program to certain filers who efiled (and returns were accepted) and who chose to get their refunds on a Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.   Whether they will offer such a program this year or not has not been announced.   In any case, it won't be available before efiling and IRS processing opens up in January.
