How do I amend my taxes? I didn’t file with turbo tax I went through Jackson hewit. Please help!

If you want to amend your 2018 return in TurboTax, you will need to wait until your return is accepted and processed and you have received your refund.

You will need to enter your return prepared by another firm exactly as it was filed.  Make sure all your entries match the return. 

Then you can amend your return.
