Hi, I haven't received my card yet and I think it has been over 10 days.

I've called the number several times and selected the 'did not receive card' option then it says I have more than one card with them and asks for my #. I NEVER received a card and I don't know a number so I have no number to give them...

Hi, I haven't received my card yet and I think it has been over 10 days.

I have yet to see my card in the mail, it has been more than 10 days.  I called to receive a new card expedited and that card has not came in the mail either. Come on Turbo Tax let's get it together.
