Form 8379 (Injured Spouse) After Filing

Needing to file a Form 8379, but have a question before I send it in.

On the Standard deductions line, even though my spouse had no income, do I still split the $24,400 between us making it $12,200 for the injured spouse and $12,200 for the non-injured spouse?

Yes, you will have to split the Standard Deduction and each of you will get $12,200 allocated.
