Filing Taxes

I used Turbo Tax to enter information, but I ended up having to mail in the tax forms, due to some unforeseen circumstances.  I do not owe anything to the IRS, nor will I get a refund.  Will I get some type of notification from IRS that they have accepted the return?   Also, I keep getting messages from Turbo Taxes about my refund being rejected. How do I stop that from occurring?
