It's saying it can't match my AGI - that's because the IRS is not recognizing that I turned in a 2019 tax return. My AGI matches, but TurboTax can't get the verification from the IRS. Because I can't electronically file my Federal I'm not allowed to electronically file my State - therefore, I'd like to get the $20 I had to pay to electronically file my state back since I can't file it electronically. How do I get the fee back?
