Do I have to amend 2020 returns? Recieved corrected W-2 affects S.Security withholding amount.

Do I have to amend 2020 returns? Recieved corrected W-2 affects S.Security withholding amount.

If the only thing that changed was boxes 3 & 4 and box 3 is $142,800 or less and this was your ONLY W-2 then you have nothing to amend.
