How do I get a copy if my 2018 tax rerurn I filed online?

Assuming the you have either paid the TurboTax online account fees with a credit card or have filed the 2018 federal tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

I filed my 2018 tax return with Turbo Tax and submitted the files electronically to the IRS.  Payments for the transactions were processed and the IRS notified me that both my federal and state tax returns were processed.  Today I tried to locate a copy of my 2018 return on the Intuit online website because I need to print out another copy but you have no record of my return.  What happened to that return?

@ddudleston Most likely you are in the wrong account.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Hello - thank you for your reply.   I checked my two accounts.  The one with user ID ddudleston has my returns up to 2017 and is the one I want to keep active.   The other ID [email address removed] has no online returns and I would like to disable this account.   

I already checked my hard drive where I typically store a PDF copy of my returns and there is no 2018 return and I have every return back to 1996 so if a hard copy had saved, it would have been there. 

I contacted the IRS and requested a copy of my 2018 return but it make me leary of using Turbo Tax for the 2019 return.  I usually have the ability to pull in information from the prior year and the 2018 year will be missing.  I don't understand how this happened.  I've used your product for years and this never happened until to when to "online" versions or something.....

If you used the TurboTax online editions for 2018 then your account is available online.  Your issue of not being able to locate the 2018 account needs to be addressed by TurboTax support.

PRINT RETURN   You need to print a copy of your return?  Sign in to your account using exactly the same account and user ID that you used to prepare your return.
On the bottom of the screen find Your tax returns & documents and click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

I did as instructed above and went to the recovery websites.  I did have a second account, however, the 2018 return is not available/associated with either account.  The second account had no returns listed.   

Fortunately, I have a saved copy of the 2017 return on my computer because the website for my main account shows returns from 2012 through 2017  but says that the 2017 return was not submitted, which can't be true since the IRS has it and I have a copy on my laptop.   

The 2018 return is completely lost.  I do not have a third account.   Intuit has been, up to this point, a great company to work with but it appears they have no idea where my return went.  I remember when I tried to print a hardcopy of the 2018 return, I kept getting some kind of an error.   Since I had already submitted the 2018 federal and state return successfully to the IRS I figured I would just print a hardcopy later.  When I tried, that is when I realized the return was "lost".
