Chose to pay TurboTx with my refund. My bill order status on turbo tax has recently changed saying it was received but I've not gotten my refund yet. What do I do?

Filed my 2019 federal and state tax returns on the Feb 25th 2020. They were both accepted same day. I've yet to receive my federal tax return. I've checked the IRS sites check my return status for months now and it went through the whole 3 steps and got to still processing your return. A date will be provided when available. I have tried contacting the IRS countless times and different ways. Looked up so many different stories and advice and mumbo jumbo and nothing worked. I eventually gave up and stopped searching because my wife went into early labor and my focus shifted to our newborn having to stay in NICU at the hospital and just didn't wanna keep wasting my time searching for answers. I instead ended up taking money out of my 401k to help with financial issues Ive been having with the whole lost job due to covid 19 and staying home stuff like everyone's been dealing with lately. So now that I've blown through my 1 rollover a year loan that I was hoping to replace within 60 days (yeah right, ain't gonna happen now with 10 or so days left out of 60) I start the search again to find my refund and even stimulus payment now too. Of course I've been unsuccessful in getting any closer to figuring a darn thing out but I've now noticed a change when looking at my turbo tax account info where it used to say I owed $ for filing my state and federal taxes and a fee for paying with my federal refund. It now says the payment had been received by turbo tax. (I can't remember the exact words used and don't want to re type everything by going back to look maybe I'll edit it after it lets me) . So now I'm scratching my head wondering how it was made since it was supposed to be taken from a tax return that I haven't been given yet. I got my state return deposited into my bank account without the payment taken from it. But not federal return has been deposited. So does that mean turbo tax still has it and has been just counting it over and over for weeks or has it disappeared suddenly? I've gotten emails asking for money from turbo tax saying I still owe them but haven't recently been sent any. Just seems a bit strange to me and I was hoping someone could help me with figuring out what the deal is before I have to use up the little patience and sleep I have in me to attempt to get an answer from turbo tax specialist via a phone that I have no money to turn back on. I tied asking the lovely automated assistant if there was another way to speak to an agent but it couldn't comprehend my complex questions I tried simplifying for it to understand instead I think I made it angry and it ended up starting over with the entire process of questions it asks you when trying to talk to a real person before I have up and tried posting this super long rant filled with run on sentences and grammatical errors.
Anyways, can anyone manage to assist me in anyway with updated information on my issues? I'd greatly appreciate any help I can get at this point and can't wait till next year's attempts in doing this all over again haha. Thanks

When turbo tax says 

Order Status: Payment Completed

what does that mean ?

That means you have paid for the product. 

You can click here to track your return status to see if you completed the e-file.

So that means if opted for my fees be taken out my refund . You guys have my refund back ? It’s paid and completed .?

When you pay with your refund (also known as  a Refund Processing Service), TurboTax will deduct your fees from your federal return. However, there may be a charge for this service. Please see the FAQ link posted below for more information. I hope this helps:

TiffanyL why can’t you answer the question as asked? If the order status for those who pay their fees from their tax refund changes from payment pending to payment complete, does that mean the IRS has sent you the payment? I would assume that means your partner bank has received the refund and is probably sitting on it to collect the interest. The same way they did with the stimulus payments! It’s a simple question to answer stop beating around the bush

If it says payment complete did you get the answer!? Because that’s the step I’m at as well

If your refund is not enough to cover the fees, you will have to pay your fees before you file. 

What if my federal refund isn't enough to cover my TurboTax fees?

Mine was pending for 2 weeks now it says payment complete..it has been 2 days since then...still haven't received my refund...can't find any answers no where

Same boat.... and TT can’t give any answers nor can SBTPG. Fees were processed via “REFUND TRANSFER” which leads me to believe they have been paid.

No I didn’t find out anything but I did call the IRS directly and they also couldn’t tell me anything besides that 21 days from the filing date !
