Cannot delete military service (entered by mistake) on spouse...have tried to delete, but it won't...

Trying to finalize taxes but do not want to send with this error.

You can change the military services designation in Personal Info by following these steps:

1. Click on the Personal Info tab.
2. click on Edit next to your spouse's name.  [See Screenshot #1, below.]
3. On the next screen, in Section 1, for the question My spouse is a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard), click the No button.  [Screenshot #2]
4. Click Continue when finished.

I don’t see a screenshot when looking at the previous reply. I’m having the same issue. I accidentally put down that I was in when I was not, but my husband is. It will not let me fix it.

@Lovelorinn Apologies for the missing screenshot!  We migrated to a new platform over the summer, and all the screenshots were stripped out.  This is what you are looking for:

Select the My Info tab to view your Personal Info Summary.  There will be an Edit button next to each name.  Select that to review your personal info.  The military service question is part of Question #1.
