Here's the first thing to check, which may or may not apply to you. Did you happen to pay your TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund? If you DID, then that process involves an intermediary bank. The IRS deposits the refund in a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds to your bank account (or card) in a second direct deposit. If that second deposit fails, it goes back to the intermediary bank, who usually issues a check in the mail. However, in some cases the intermediary bank sends it back to the IRS, who then sends a check in the mail. That process is handled by a third-party company SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group), which is a Greendot company.
If you DID use that method to pay your TurboTax fees, you can look up your refund on the SBTPG website.
To log in, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:

SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.

If that doesn't explain it, then report back, and we can offer some additional suggestions.
