To update your California driver's license issue date, return to File, Step 3. 

To do this in TurboTax, follow these steps:

• From the left menu, select File.
• Click Revisit in Step 3 and choose E-File.
• At What type of state-issued ID do you have?, choose Driver's License and Continue.
