Can I amend my federal taxes now and amend my state taxes later?

Hello! I am fully prepared to e-file my federal amendment now. However, the PA40-X is still not available on TurboTax and I cannot amend my state taxes. Can I e-file my federal and come back later to amend my state? Thank you!
