Hi,
I received an audit letter from the California Franchise Tax Board saying that I owe them $15,191.13 for my 2015 taxes. I purchased Audit Defense for my 2015 taxes and my audit representative evaluated that my taxes were incorrectly calculated using Turbo Tax. I need to submit this case to Turbo Tax- who do I need to contact? I cannot find any information for support beyond contact Audit Defense and need help.

You can file a claim under the 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee which will pay for any interest or penalties that you have paid due to the error, but not any taxes that were owed. The Guarantee does not cover user errors or errors of omission by the user of the software.
