Called the bank, got an automated response saying they haven't received my funds yet. If my DDD is the 26th when will they receive it ?

@Chris76707 I received a letter stating that I have to send in my step kid and my kids birth certificate and social security cards. Dont know why. One is 19 and the other is 11. I've been collecting taxes for them all their life. Maybe because I'm not legally married to her father. Anyways my question is, you went through kind of the same thing and didnt get your taxes until September?

yea so what she told me would apply to you too.. sbtpg gets our refunds first and covers whatever fees and the release it to the turbo tax card...we almost there lol

yea that’s the fees. It’s showed up today on mine also that means The refund is pending as per sbtpg rep

they will get it when the IRS releases the refund ... check the IRS site for part 3 of the bar to be filled in.

Mines look like that also but my circle is more green than red , i got refund advance for 2000 so idk if thats the reason its more green than red ? But it still doesn't show a "date received "

I hope soo.. on another thread I seen sombody post that they got their deposit lastnight around 11pm with the turbo tax card. They paid their fees upfront they said. But ours had to go through sbtpg because we had to have their fees taken out out refund. But If I get or hear anything good promise I’ll keep u posted!!!

been checking alllll day every 30 minutes 

now at 5:04pm Eastern 

the financial institution it goes to to take my fees has gotten it and says they sent it to my bank. 
I have a pre paid card so now I’m just waiting. 
so yes things are moving along!
