By law, the IRS cannot release refunds containing the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit before mid-February. “Where’s My Refund?” will be updated Saturday February 22, 2020 with projected deposit dates for most early filers who claimed the EITC/ACTC. So EITC /ACTC filers will not see an update to their refund status for several days after February 15 this year. Please be advised these taxpayers will not see a refund date on “Where’s My Refund?” or through their software packages until then. EITC/ACTC refunds should be available in taxpayer bank accounts and debit cards by the first week of March, if taxpayers used direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax returns.

Path Act gone, now stuck in "refund being processed" telling me to. continue checking and a DDD will be provided when possible blah blah blah.. Have been stuck on this message since 2:35am CST on 2/16

cannot access my transcript bc I'm being told first mh student loan number does not exists and **bleep**. Same for my phone number and credit card info.
