If you selected to pay your Turbotax fees with your refund ,your refund will be sent to Santa Barbara bank first, Turbotax will take their cut, then they send what you're owed to you. 

If you didn't opt to pay your fees using your refund then SB won't be useful.

If you get an error when logging in try again later .It's been working on and off since yesterday probably due to updates and the sheer number of people checking.

I second this! The SB site has been erroring out this morning again .If someone on here has a refund received that gives me hope the error is a sign of the website updating !!

Error message since last night...just able to login and amount still in expected but I'm EST in NC and SBBT is CST so they aren't open yet almost 8 am here they are 3hrs behind...I'll wait until 9am😏 maybe lol the anticipation is REAL

Their hours are different for peak tax season ,so hopefully that means them opening in an hour may affect updates ,and we may have new information .

Their site says:

Peak Tax Season: January 20 thru March 8

Mon-Fri: 6am to 6pm PST

So they should be open by 9am EST.

Nope. Even on the Facebook pages I follow ,no one has gotten an update at all .

I’ve read on a couple of forums that they won’t release refund dates until Saturday supposedly

No update here either. WMR and my transcripts still read the same. I’m glad I’m not the only one. Ha! I looked this morning and was like “crap!” Lol! But I’m glad that it isn’t just me. Hopefully soon though!

Hopefully, we see movement every day from this point. I swear the wait until the 15th was way better than this wait right now. Smh.
