@BB2019  I don’t see code 971 on my transcript. But that means nothing right now. Lol! Truth be told, I’m waiting on Tuesday for a real update. Majority were not updated last night and I’m not surprised. I’m sure updates will really pick up by Tuesday. Just trying to be patient.

@BB2019 Just got the the path act like msg this morning between 3:30 to 6,earlier after twelve this morning it was we receive your return and still being processed and i date will be provided when available,hopefully by 12 Sunday morning everything should change back officially

@BB2019  Are you on the path act msg too since today i check i was on it but earlier after 12 it was different msg i saw it was we receive your return and it still being processed and a date will be provided when available

@Lvlybrneyes37  does anyone know the next mass update. I’m assuming because it’s not as many people like last year that maybe that was the test batch and we could see an update tonight.

@ericka9491  I am a part of the second test batch (accepted 1/21) and I’ve had the Path message since 1/25. I really wish that I knew more or that it was easier to ‘connect the dots’. I’ve read that ppl who didn’t even claim EITC/ACTC credits were updated to the Path Act message last night. Smh...this is slowly becoming a mess.

Filed 2/01/2020 accepted 2/03/2020 got PATH 2/08/2020 and still walking the PATH. My processing date is 2/24/2020. I am not expecting to see any movement until next week.
