Well, what happened to all taxes on every year, because I am unfortunately, married a professional fraud wife. I found that she quit-claim the first house to me and brought her mother in as a buyer of my house for $70,900, during the time she was earning Government benefits for taking cars of her elderly mom. Then they turn around and I found it on the paper that I don’t even know anything about say that her brother and her uncle as a seller and her mom is a buyer. So tell me how can I pay taxes when are abusing it.

They fraud $70,9000 under my name. Her mom is staying home collecting benefits and is not paying taxes, she still lives better than me because she gets to live in my house and I am on the street

This answer assumes your 2019 return was prepared in Online TurboTax.  Any return prepared in desktop software will not be in an online account.

First see this:

FAQ:  How do I access my prior year return?

Log in and go to the Tax Home.  Scroll down the Tax Home page to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents."  Expand that section and choose the tax year 2019.   Then you can choose to "Download/print the PDF".

If you do all that, but there's no evidence of prior returns in that section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", then you likely have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one.    Many people end up with multiple accounts.

You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes.  A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be.  It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.

To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first if you can still access it.   After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access,  here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

Another option is to get a 2019 tax return transcript from the IRS.

A copy of the actual return from the IRS costs $43 and takes several weeks.

Please explain that.   First of all, to be sure we are talking about the same thing, what do you mean by the 2019 TurboTax software?   Does that refer to the 2019 desktop product (CD/download)?    If so, when tax returns are prepared using the desktop version, then all tax data files and PDFs are stored locally on one's computer or wherever you chose to archive them (external storage device, cloud storage, etc.)

I was supposed to have $15931 returns, but it is turning out $0. Then my tax return on 2020, was supposed to be $24808 refund, but instead the IRS asked me to pay a due of over $5500 payment due this month?

 I have no idea what is going wrong??

@3230598  with amounts that high you should go to a local accountant and see what you are doing wrong.  Do you have that much withholding to get a 16,000 or 24,000 Refund?
