The "Live" feature is available 8AM-5PM Pacific Mon-Fri. 

 The Live portion of your product allows you to contact an expert for Live tax help and return preparation help from a CPA/EA tax pro.   It also includes a final review of your return, which they sign.  It also includes continued tax help and advice during the year.
