Previously, I did my mother's taxes for her in Turbotax and my own taxes in CreditKarma. Now I can only access Turbotax documents, not the CreditKarma ones

I used the same e-mail address for both, but now that Credit Karma is a part of Intuit, it can only find my previous years returns for my mother, none for me. How can I get these documents (lost the hard drive, not stored anywhere else)?

If you no longer have a copy and cannot access them online, you can follow the instructions here to request a copy from the IRS.

That answer doesn't resolve the issue.  Where are our previous electronic submissions through CreditKarma?
