Pending e-file and "where's my refund" information does not match records?

I E-Filed February 10th,  originally it said I will get an update February 12th. That

Date has since disappeared and my return just says pending. When I check where's my refund, it says the information i put in doesn't match their records.

How do I find out if my efile was even transmitted from turbo tax to IRS?

Make sure you are entering the correct Federal refund amount into Where's My Refund and not the combined Federal and State refund. Also make sure you are entering your full federal refund amount, not the amount you would get if you had fees taken out.

  • Im in Texas, we don't have state taxes. And the only number i see is the federal refund amount. I paid with my credit card...so no money is going to be taken out.

Its officially been 15days, still nothing... I can't even pull up my return from the turbotax app/website.

If the efile status at your Tax Home still says "pending" after you efiled 15 days ago, please phone TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.
