Paid turbo tax

After i filed my taxes with turbo tax with the most expensive package ,I got a letter from irs saying I needed to verify my identity can turbo tax help me clear this up so I can get my refund.

TurboTax cannot intercede with the IRS for you. No matter how much you paid for using the software, your tax return was self-prepared. TurboTax has no way to verify that what you said about your identity in the software is true. You have to verify your own identity with the IRS.
