Paid Past Taxes in 2016

I made a payment of $862 in November 2016 to the IRS on taxes that were due from a Roth IRA withdrawal from purchasing my house in 2014. Does this factor in somewhere?

Paid Past Taxes in 2016

Federal income taxes owed and paid for a prior tax year are not deductible on a federal tax return.
