Paid buy deducting from my federal refund. I checked my federal refund status and it said it was direct deposited already. How long does it take to deposit the balance?

The refund processing service transmits the funds to your bank the same day that the IRS transmits the funds to them, so if you don't see it today, you should have it sometime tomorrow.

ok thank you very much. It states it was deposited on 2/7/18 so it should be any day then.
