Our daughter has a full athletic scholarship to Stanford , what is the best way for us to file taxes, we already filed ours and claimed her . Our income was 110000.

Do you claim your student with a full athletic scholarship if our income is 110000

Yes. As long as your daughter is a full-time student, under age 24, and does not provide more than half of her own support, you can claim her as a dependent on your tax return. Scholarships do not count as support.

Here is a TurboTax article about who can be claimed as a dependent:

Who can I claim as my dependent?

According to the IRS documents, you can claim her if you pay more than 50% of her living costs. Scholarships don't count, but they also could be considered to not count for living costs, so if you pay for her costs when she isn't at school (think summer, food, housing, car use, if she's on your insurance, etc.), you can figure whether you pay half her living costs.
