Only some of my refund was deposited? Not matching was my return said…any reason why?

You should receive a letter explaining the adjustment. TurboTax receives no information about refunds.

Is the amount sent/issued by the IRS the same as the refund amount shown on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 35a? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If not, then go to this IRS website for information on reduced refunds - https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc203

It may be two or three weeks before you get the letter from the IRS explaining why they reduced your refund. In the meantime, the following might help.
