On wmr it's saying they can't provide any information because they have not received my tax return and also on my tax transcript its not showing the 2021 year

it takes several weeks or longer for your transcript to show up once the IRS fully processes it. it can take 2 days after your return is accepted for the refund status to appear. if it's been more than 2 days did you receive both a submitted and acceptance e-mail (assuming you e-filed). if not you never successfully transmitted (e-filed) your return.
