On the where’s my refund on IRS it says it was sent on 2/5/24 and turbo tax says 2/12/24. I still have not received this

TurboTax only provides an estimated date.   The IRS WMR tool is more accurate.

Did you choose direct deposit for the Federal refund?  And how did you pay your TurboTax fees?  Did you pay upfront with credit/debit card, or did you choose the option to have any TurboTax fees paid out of your Federal refund?

When you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, the refund first goes from the IRS to an intermediary bank which had set up a temporary account in your name.   That third-party bank then subtracts the fees and sends the remainder to your bank account in a second direct deposit.  The company that handles that is called SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.)   You can log into the SBTPG website to see the status of your refund.

To log in, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:

Then on the next page scroll down and choose "Check with TPG."
