On march 27th 2020, I filed my 2019 taxes w/turbotax free. State came, federal never did. "wheres my refund" tool said pending all year. Now IRS does not have record.

I should have gotten about 1000 back from federal filing, the where's my refund tool kept saying they got it, but it wasn't yet processed... for the entire year until the 2021 tax season began.
There is no way to contact the IRS at the moment, turbotax says my tax return was filed, but the IRS has no record of it on their site.
What should I do now?

All you can do is wait.  The IRS has said not to file a duplicate return, nor to call the IRS.  In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.  But if TT told you the IRS Accepted your filing for processing, then the government has it.  (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once Accepted.)

The worst part was, they rejected my 2020 taxes because I used my AGI from 2019, and they said it was invalid, had to go with 0.
