When my Oklahoma tax return was accepted it said to allow 5 business days to deposit funds. It's been over a full week and has continued to say the same message until today when it changed to say to allow 6 weeks. Does that mean they didn't do the deposit and it's going to take another 5 weeks?

Once your return has been transmitted to your state through TurboTax and it was accepted for processing, TurboTax does not have any further details about how long it might take to receive your tax refund.
