Ok so I need clarification. I put in for delivery deposit but it's mailed a check on 27th Feb. However I owed turbotax, how will that work? Where is my check ?

Based on what you said, I expect you chose to Pay With Your Refund.

Here is the process

• The IRS will issue a payment of the refund
• It will go to a processing bank
• The bank will pay the TurboTax fees, and a processing fee for the bank.
• The balance will be electronically transferred to your account.
• If for some reason it is not accepted, it will go back to the first bank.
• They will send it back to the IRS.
• The IRS will send a paper check to the address you have on your tax return.

Let me refine this, I did put in for direct deposit, however a check was mailed per irs website on the 27th. A. Why they just decide send a check and how does it work if I owe TurboTax? B. How am I suppose to give high marks if every step of way has been inconvience?  Crazy and  unacceptable.
