NY State refund. Filed via TurboTax, accepted Feb 2. It showed processing, then switched to “no information available,” and now it’s gone from the tracker.

No notices received, no emails/letters, and nothing changed on my return.

  Did you e-file your federal return?  Did you only use your TT online account for 1 tax return?  Have you disabled or allowed popups through from a popup blocker or security software?  Try clearing your internet cache?  What does it show directly at the NYS where is my refund link here https://www.tax.ny.gov/pit/file/refund.htm ?

If your state shows no record of your return, have you checked emails from TT?

Sign in to your Intuit Account and open Your tax returns & Documents on the Tax Home screen. Your state return for 2025 should be listed as FILED, and your Return Status should say ACCEPTED.  Let me know if that is blank still?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS/State releases your refund.
