NY State accepted my filing on 2/2, but I have not received my refund yet. Why is it taking so long?

The same here I have been waiting over a month now there have been some reports that Turbo tax had a glitch in their system where some forms were outdated . Last year I got both of my returns within 2 weeks. My return is still in the being processed stage no update as of yet.

I think turbo tax screwed up this year, I'm going back to HRblock. You think they would know the laws by now. 

Still waiting on my refund 6 weeks.

Thy say they don't have control of your refund, but they caused the delay.

Turbo Tax screwed up their forms and caused the NY system to glitch out. So nothing but delays - and who suffers? The people who paid taxes all year. Amazing. What a country.
