Not getting any information on my refund status and turbotax date is wrong on arrival, so what to do?
I guess the only quess I got is do we count weekends when we say " within 21 days?" cause I filed on Jan 29 and T.T. said it should be here yesterday the 19th; IRS is providing 0 information via their website or the phone as I'm continuously told they can't give me a status update on my refund. So what do I do being 4 weeks later?

It is business days, TurboTax's date is an estimate of the 21 days that the IRS states. Normally, the IRS states that most refunds will be issued within 21 days after your return has been accepted (if you choose direct deposit). States differ. You can check the IRS website Where's My Refund for the status of your Federal Refund. If you are receiving a refund by check, it can take 3 to 6 weeks to receive.
Taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit may experience a refund hold. According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue these refunds before mid-February. The IRS expects the earliest EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or debit cards starting February 27, 2019, if these taxpayers chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return.

If you still are not getting any information, you should check to make sure your return was accepted (if you e-filed).
