Hello! My name is Mikya Lee. I didn't file my 2015 tax return. I submit 2 W-2 forms on 2016 tax return. Is this the correct way to file both 2015 & 2016 tax return?

Can I submit my 2015 W-2 form on 2016 when it ask me do I have another W-2 form?

No. You must complete a tax form for the year in which the income was earned. You will have to submit both a 2015 tax form and a 2016 tax form for the respective W-2 you have.
