Can I not use my daughter's bank account to have my tax return deposit into her account. My bank has a freeze on it?

No you cannot ... your name must be on the account as the account holder otherwise the bank will reject the deposit and send it back to the IRS who will convert it to a check mailed to the address on the return ... conversion takes 2 weeks or longer to happen.

Once the return is filed no changes are allowed.  You will just need to play it out.
