That is common this year, as the IRS has a big backlog.
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

The IRS refund site is behaving erratically. TurboTax has no control over that. That is an IRS problem. If your return was accepted then the IRS is working on it and putting it through processing on its way to approval. No one can speed up the process for you. Only the IRS has any control. We hope you get your refund soon---but you are not horribly past the 21 day goal. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.
